Default Remove invite limit

If an area has many people or groups forming for whatever reason, remove the invite limit so it's easier for unwanted professions to find groups. Of course making your own group is possible, but then people may not want to join you...

Go to Vlox Falls and you'll see hundreds of people all PuG'ing. ToA, DoA etc... the point is they are all PuG'ing for Speed Clear groups. Removing the party limits at towns like this would just reduce a Speed Clear times to < 1 minuite.

While I can see the point your making and in some way agree, the trouble with a system like this is that it would get majorly abused.

if there was no cap to how many people could join, they'd get more of the classes that are wanted, making this whole idea moot.

This doesn't make sense. Group number is still capped at 8 (12 in Deep/Urgoz).

Invite limit, not party limit. In party search.

It wouldn't. No one wants useless classes like dervishes or mesmers in their group; even PUGs aren't as bad as every dervish player.

"Oh man, I'm so awesome with my black primeval armour and my hood and my Xx Doom Reaper Xx name, dervish kicks so much ass! Warriors and assassins are smalltime!"

>arrive at guru

"Anet please buff mysticism, dervishes are really weak and we need a class rework, warriors and assassins both use scythes better, it's not fair..."

- every dervish, ever

I think I lost the point where it helps unwanted professions.

1. When it comes to things like Z-Missions/Bounties, I have very little trouble getting into groups, even with my Mesmer.

2. "Cattle Call" party building is a terrible method. You usually end up with a mish-mash group with no synergy (2/3 Rits debating which one will be the SoS) and that's missing a required NPC and/or healers.

no problem, the limit is pretty good enough anyways, going over just seems pointless and most likely you just got rejected.

I would not sign doing away with party limits, but I would LOVE to be able to VQ with 8 people in every area. We already have to click a button stating we're in HM, why can't that trigger automatic 8 person group.

Because only having 4 people to vanquish with is a challenge in itself.

That's not what this is for.

For a ZM example, you would be able to send out 5 invites to groups forming instead of I think 4, the current limit or so.
